Expansion of value to customers through new product offering

As part of the expansion strategy we wanted to understand how do we create more value and stickiness for our customers. We started with a broad statement: “what do we do next?”. We used a systematic framework to get from this broad statement to defining what would we want to go test and arrived a new service offering.
